Classes

Adult Classes

ADULT LIMITED

The Adult Limited class is for new riders with limited to no track/race experience.  The purpose of this class is to instill confidence and allow the rider to learn and grow – resulting in a bump-up to the next class if desired.

  • Riders ages 17 & over and ages 13 to 16 (with endorsement from Track Staff)

Bike Specs:

  • F1, F2 & Stock 100 (Please see descriptions below)
  • F-3 classified bikes are prohibited
  • *Please seek track staff for eligibility outside of class description

F-1

The F-1 Class is for the more experienced rider or racer who has been on the track and knows about the flags, race line and race etiquette.  Additionally, the F-1 class is for those riders who have modifications done to their bikes and want a class to compete in with similar platforms.

  • Ages 17 & over; Ages 13 to 16 (with endorsement from Track Staff)
  • Unlimited modifications to engine, frame, suspension, wheel size, braking systems & exhaust

Engine must not exceed:

  • Up to 65cc liquid cooled 2-stroke
  • Up to 125cc 4-stroke (vertical or horizontal cylinder configuration)
  • Up to 80cc air-cooled 2-stroke

F-2

The F-2 Class is for the experienced racer who has been on the track and knows about the flags, race line, race etiquette and has competed in many track days or races.  Additionally, the F-2 class is for those riders who have modified bikes or operate a larger displacement bike and want a class to compete in with similar platforms.

  • Ages 17 & over; Ages 13 to 16 (with endorsement from Track Staff)
  • Unlimited modifications to engine, frame, suspension, wheel size, braking systems & exhaust

Engine must not exceed:

  • Up to 72cc liquid-cooled 2-stroke
  • Up to 150cc air-cooled 4-stroke
  • Up to 160cc air-cooled Ohvale GP-0 4-speed machine only

F-3

The F-3 Class is for the seasoned Rider/Racer who has been on the track and knows the flags, race line, race etiquette and has competed in many track days or races.  This is the fastest class and is for riders who have modified bikes or operate a larger displacement bike and want a class to compete in with similar platforms.

  • Ages 17 & over; Ages 13 to 16 (with endorsement from Track Staff)
  • Unlimited modifications to engine, frame, suspension, wheel size, braking systems & exhaust

Engine must not exceed:

  • Up to 105cc 2-stroke
  • Up to 150cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke
  • Up to 190cc air-cooled 4-stoke

STOCK 100

The Stock 100 class is the premiere class where affordability meets rider ability.  This class is for experienced riders who compete with same bikes across the board – A Stock Honda CRF 100 with minimum mods – tires, fork oil; see below.  The purpose of this class is for riders to compete solely on rider skill and improve these skills on a forgiving platform.

  • Ages 17 & over; Ages 13 to 16 (with endorsement from Track Staff)

Bike Specs:

  • Honda XR100/CRF100, CRF125L
  • Yamaha TTR125L or LE
  • Suzuki DRZ125L
  • Kawasaki KLX125L
  • (No small wheel versions with 17” front and 14” rear wheels are eligible)
  • No engine, exhaust, intake, ignition, brakes or chassis modifications allowed
  • OEM style/drop-in air filter & jetting changes allowed
  • Exhaust baffle may not be modified or removed
  • Spark arrestor screen is not required
  • Hand & foot controls may be changed
  • Seat foam & cover may be changed, OEM seat base must be used
  • Honda XR/CRF100 may use a 16” front wheel from a Honda XR/CRF80 only. All other bikes must run a stock 19” front wheel
  • OEM rear wheels must be used on all bikes
  • No racing slicks or off-road tires allowed
  • Must use OEM front forks, internal modifications allowed (Oil/heavy duty springs)
  • Stock OEM rear shock must be used, spring & internal modifications are allowed
  • Front & rear sprockets may be changed
  • Must keep OEM size chain 

 

Youth Classes

Youth Limited

The Youth Limited class is for new riders with limited to no track/race experience.  The purpose of this class is to instill confidence and allow the rider to learn and grow – resulting in a bump-up to the next class if desired.

·        Ages 5 to 17

·        Riders in this class will be limited to this class only (A child in this class can only compete in this class until endorsement from Track Staff)

·        Rider should have none to very little racing experience

Bike Specs:

·        Youth 50, Youth 110 & Youth Open (If eligible)

·        *Please seek track staff for eligibility outside of class description

Youth 50

The Youth 50 class is for new/existing riders and racers with some track/race experience.  The purpose of this class is to instill confidence and allow the rider to learn and grow by keeping the platform the same.  Kids who master this class, will be ready for a bump in class depending on age, size and ability.

·        Ages 5 to 17

Bike Specs:

·        Honda XR50/CRF50

·        Yamaha TTR50

·        No engine, exhaust, intake, ignition, brakes or chassis modifications allowed

·        OEM style/drop-in air filter & jetting changes allowed

·        Exhaust baffle may not be modified or removed

·        Spark arrestor screen is not required

·        Must use OEM front forks, internal modifications allowed (Oil/heavy duty springs)

·        Must use OEM rear shock, spring & internal modifications allowed

·        Aftermarket wheels are allowed but OEM wheel size (10” front & rear) & OEM rim width must be retained

·        Controls, seat, sprocket & chain may be changed

Youth 110

The Youth 110 class is for existing riders and racers with track/race experience or who may have graduated from the Youth 50 class.  The purpose of this class is to instill confidence and allow the rider to learn and grow by keeping the platform the same.

·        The Youth 110 class

·        Ages 5 to 17

Bike Specs:

·        Honda CRF110, Kawasaki KLX110, Suzuki DRZ110, Yamaha TTR110/TTR90

·        No engine, exhaust, intake, ignition, brakes or chassis modifications allowed

·        OEM style/drop-in air filter & jetting changes allowed

·        Exhaust baffle may not be modified or removed

·        Spark arrestor screen is not required

·        Must use OEM front forks, internal modifications allowed (Oil/heavy duty springs)

·        Must use OEM rear shock, spring & internal modifications allowed

·        Aftermarket wheels are allowed but:

·        OEM rear wheel size  of 12” must be retained

·        Front wheels can be changed to 12” (14” is OEM size) 

·        Controls, seat, sprocket & chain may be changed 

Youth Open

The Youth Open class is for existing riders/racers who have track/race experience and want to compete in a diverse environment with different size bikes.  Rider/racers in this class have experience and will compete with all sized bikes.  The purpose of this class is to instill confidence and allow the rider to become comfortable with all different sized kids and bikes.

·        Ages 5 to 17

·        up to 50cc 2-stroke

·        up to 110cc 4-stroke (horizontal cylinder configuration)

·        Honda CRF110, XR100/CRF100, CRF125, Grom MSX125

·        Suzuki – DRZ110, DRZ125 (All Versions)

·        Kawasaki KLX110, KLX125 (all versions) and Z125

·        Yamaha TTR90, TTR110, TTR125 (all versions)

·        Ohvale GP-0  110 4-speed semi-automatic & clutch model eligible

Youth Classes

Youth Limited
